The download is a zip file, setup_Nimzo_chess.7z

After unzipping, the installation and usage instructions are in the file README1.TXT

The engines that come with the download are adequate for most purposes,
but there are now stronger ones available.

64-bit versions of the current Stockfish engine can be downloaded
from their website, Stockfish.org
